Jacobine brings an energetic and hands-on approach to her directing. Although she is well-prepared with an exceptional cast and ideal location, we embrace improvisation on the day of the shoot using these elements. In between takes we let ourselves be inspired by the behaviour of the actors, natural light and other coincidence. Some of the shots were created by being openminded for everything we didn’t plan. When everything comes together organically it feels really rewarding.
